Orders
Once you place an order, our team will begin processing it immediately. If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the email address you provided during checkout. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@eletricmobilitylab.com

Damages
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) upon arrival; if you notice any damage, make a note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) arrive damaged, please send photos to support@electricmobilitytlab.com, and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Lost Packages
If your package is marked delivered but you haven't received it, please:

  1. Verify the shipping address.
  2. Check all possible delivery locations at your residence.
  3. Ask neighbours or family members if they accepted the package.
  4. Contact the courier with your tracking number to initiate a claim.

If your package is officially declared lost, contact us immediately with your order number. We will either reship your order or provide a refund, as per your preference.
